I am back!!! I have taken back control of my website and will be doing it right from now on!!
Expect 3-4 updates per month and video....What have I been up to?
On May 10 I competed in the Species NY Pro Show and finished .....3rd. While I was a little disappointed, I was glad to have qualified for the Ms. O for the third time...I realize that my condition was a little off from my 10th place at the Arnold but I will have 4 months to dial it in...I expect this to be my best finish ever on the big stage.
The Arnold was a great experience for me in 2008. It is always good to compete against the best in the world..That is what drives me as a person..I would rather compete against the best than be a hollow champion...So on to Las Vegas...
I have also been busy getting new material for you, my fans...At the Arnold I did three photo shoots and after the NY Pro, I did my first shoot ever with Reg Bradford..Can you believe that?
So lots of new, hot, massive Rosemary for you to look at...The first update is posted and includes the stage shots from NY...Much more to come.

Hello Rose,first for me you will always be #1 regardless of what some judge says. I live out my body building and weight loss dreams in my head and the knife of a good palstic surgeon(lol). Anyway my sister love the new website and sorry I missed the show. Keep up the good work as I will continue to lift you up in prayer and as always be encouraged.
Just want to say ive been follwing your career sinceJan.2008 Its a shame you were forced to leave the contest beccause of bad decisons by the IFBB. Please keep blogging!
